PRICING: All prices shown on our Price list or on this site are subject to change without prior notice, either written or oral. All orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of shipping. Mikes MiniTrail Restorations is not responsible for any incorrect printing of prices, part numbers, and/or product descriptions.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS: Mikes MiniTrail Restorations will accept payment of goods purchased in the following form, Credit Card or PAYPAL. We do not accept personal checks unless on a restoration. NO EXCEPTIONS NO CODS
BACK ORDERS: We try to avoid back orders, but in the event of a back order, we will take your order and will ship the backordered item when it becomes available.
SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders are shipped prepaid only and cannot be returned or canceled.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Mikes MiniTrail Restorations is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Currently, Mikes MiniTrail Restorations ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Mikes MiniTrail Restorations ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of standard item orders must be received prior to shipping. Special ordered items are payable in advance and cannot be canceled for any reason.
NO RETURNS / REFUNDS ON electrical components.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CLAIMS: Any and All requests for return goods purchased from Mikes MiniTrail Restorations MUST be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. Prior to return to Mikes MiniTrail Restorations, you must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number (RMA) from Mikes MiniTrail Restorations.
Returned goods must be in new and UNUSED condition and in original packaging.
If the merchandise has been installed on the motorcycle, then you own it and no returns/refunds are possible or will be accepted.
Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from Mikes MiniTrail Restorations. In the event of any shipping or packing errors made by Mikes MiniTrail Restorations, Mikes MiniTrail Restorations will only reimburse the buyer for the actual UPS Ground or USPS 1st Class shipping expense. Mikes MiniTrail Restorations will not issue call tags. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restock charge plus cost of original, first time shipping. THIS DOES NOT APPLY to restored bikes. Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
WARRANTY: All items Sold by Mikes MiniTrail Restorations are intended for off road use only and are not street legal, DOT or EPA approved. Any item sold by Mikes MiniTrail Restorations could void the motorcycle manufacturer’s warranty.
Mikes MiniTrail Restorations makes no warranty
ALL restorations are considered used bikes and have no warranty expressed or implied.
FREIGHT CLAIMS: All items should be inspected thoroughly upon receipt by the customer. If and shipping damage is found, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier. The product must be refused and not accepted. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by an invoice and bill of materials. Return shipping due to buyer changing mind or refusal of bike will be deducted from buyers refund. Mike's MiniTrail Restorations will make efforts to remedy any damage that may occur.
LIABILITY: The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from Mikes MiniTrail Restorations by the customer hereby shall release Mikes MiniTrail Restorations from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any changes, alterations and/or modifications to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury, accident or death, and may also render the motorcycle illegal for use on public roads.

We currently do not have any openings for full restorations. At the current time we are not taking in any more customer provided restorations other than ordered bikes from our website.
